Lazy Lizard is one of the most luxurious estate homes located on on Jumby Bay, a Rosewood Resort, a private island located just 2 miles off the north coast of Antigua. A beautiful 300-acre island only accessible by boat, making it one of the most exclusive private retreats in the Caribbean. Surrounded by white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters, this island casts a spell of serene enchantment.Lazy Lizard is located on the south of the island near the main dock. You have access to 2 other beaches – Pasture Bay is an untouched, unspoiled natural haven on the north of the island. You can also enjoy access to Jumby Bay Beach the main stretch of sand that runs 3.4 of a mile north to south along the main resort area to the west.

Set on 5 acres of land, Lazy Lizard at Jumby Bay is an exceptional and private beachfront estate home offering a luxurious fusion of Caribbean and Asian architecture. The exceptional design forms a series of eight pavilions clustered around a spectacular free form swimming pool with floating dining pavilion.

The estate features six bedroom suites in separate pavilions surrounding the main house, two of which are master suites boasting impressive views of the sea. The bedroom suites have large living areas, which open to bedrooms with stylish en-suite baths with custom stonework and private outdoor gardens and rain-showers. The two master bathrooms have 2 generous-sized bathtubs.

In the center of the estate, a spacious open-air living and dining room, contemporary kitchen, media room and office are located, which opens onto a spectacular swimming pool set in the middle of the estate. A short stroll from the resort is a floodlit tennis court with a pavilion and fitness center.

Included in the price of the villa; gourmet breakfast, lunch, dinner, afternoon tea, beverages, cocktails, house wine by the glass, access to resort fitness and tennis facilities, resort pools, croquet lawn, putting green, and use of water sports equipment. Other activities/facilities are available but incur a surcharge, such as deep-sea fishing, Sense, a Rosewood Spa, Pilates and in-room dining.

There are 3 dining outlets; The Estate House offers stylish dining in a beautiful Caribbean setting. The Verandah is the perfect setting for breakfast and is open for lunch and dinner, where guests can enjoy freshly caught seafood and select prime and aged steaks. The Pool Grille is nestled between the Caribbean Sea and the resort’s oceanfront infinity pool and offers a casual lunch fare, light snacks and array of refreshing cocktails on offer.
